Oliver Gardner has been a professional pastry chef for thirteen years and has worked in different aspects of the catering trade. As well as completing a full time college course at Cassio College Watford, England, He enrolled on a four-year evening course at D.I.T. Kevin Street, Dublin, to study cake design and decoration.

The courses have aided Oliver to enter both local and international competitions. He has won gold and bronze medals. First place and certificate of merits in the celebration cake categories of royal icing, sugar paste and boiled sugar. Oliver has learnt to develop a unique and wide range of techniques and skills, giving him the ability to design one off wedding cakes and celebration cakes that meet the individual requirements of the client.

Every cake is different; even if someone requires a cake of similar design it will still have the individuality of the person who has ordered it immersed within it. "Oliver's cakes are fantastic!
